At Cocooning Yoga, we don't learn yoga.

We live an experience: a slow, deep, mindful approach to restore, regulate and reconnect..

I teach a unique blend I call Cocooning Flow.

A gentle combination of Yin Yoga, somatic release and mindful breathing.

It’s a yoga designed for women navigating stress, hormonal shifts or/and period pain.

What makes the Cocooning Flow different?

Instead of pushing, performing, or perfecting shapes,

Each session is:

  • designed for women’s bodies

  • a series of movements that supports hormonal balance

  • trauma-sensitive

  • not just a class but a healing environment

  • taught by Melanie who is currently specializing in women’s health

Who am I ?

Hey, I'm Melanie!

A yoga instructor (prenatal certified) ► 300H+ of training.

With 15 years of dance experience, I bring fluidity and softness into my yoga teaching.

My signature style combines gentleness, mindful mobility, and practices that support deep rest and better sleep.

I guide women in regulating their nervous system and soothing their symptoms and pain caused by hormonal changes, using gentle yoga, meditation and hormone-friendly wellness.
