Why it matters to start 2026 gently

(and at your own pace)

Summary

This year, for the first time I realized that I didn’t need to start the year at full speed.
On the contrary, my body is not 100%. I know it. And I accept it.

Do you know that feeling? It's a new year, and we're back to work, our home routine, sports, “healthy” habits, etc., without even taking 30 seconds to ask ourselves, am I okay?

Am I ready to start again?

Do I need to let go of things in my life?

There are probably lots of things you tried in 2025 that didn't work. So why fall back into the same patterns?

How can I know what really matters to me?

The only way to start afresh is to do some internal sorting.

Clear my mind.

The best tools for this have always been meditation and exercise.

Either when I move my body. Or when I put it into complete rest.

My message today

Don't continue bad habits just because you read everywhere that in January you have to exhaust yourself to feel like you're starting the year strong.

It may work for some people, but not for everyone.

And that's okay.

That doesn't mean your year will be bad. On the contrary, you listen to yourself.

You respect your energy.

And you will last much longer.

My advice for today

In 2026, for the first time... I decided to start my wellness routine again at my own pace.

Some days, more slowly and other days, more intensely.

Yes, it’s the beginning of the year.

Yes, I encourage you to move, dream and realize your projects.

But always keeping in mind that your energy must follow. ☺️

How do you really feel today? ❤️
